I've enjoyed this product after doing a hard work out. It helps me to recover quicker. I didn't enjoy taking it before bed because it was too sweet but after exercising it's great!

My husband and I have been using Secretagogue for nearly a year now. We take it first thing in the morning before eating and we are convinced it helps us maintain energy and strength all day. We get up between 4 and 5am, work out by running or lifting or both, work from about 8am until 6, and come home to teenagers for dinner and whatever else has to be done. We are both fifty and run long distance (marathons). This product has helped us maintain the strength and energy to maintain this wonderful, healthy lifestyle.
