I have been wanting these mugs (white & blue) for some time and finally ordered them after Christmas. I was very disappointed when they arrived. The colors on the white mug were very faded and the design seemed off center, maybe a bit low on the mug. The colors on the blue mug were gorgeous but there was a chip on the inside of the rim. Not something that could happen in shipping. More likely from another mug begin stacked inside. I had expected great quality but these both looked liked seconds. Not what I had hoped for from the price and previous reviews. I ended up returning both.

I had received three of these mugs as a gift and ordered one more to have a set of four. I love these mugs. They are beautiful, of excellent quality and nice big size. I did not have any problems with the one I ordered through Amazon. It was in excellent condition and had no issues with it. It was well packaged for shipping and arrived on time.
